We know you’ll find the special care we give to our patients an extraordinary experience at North Raleigh Dental Care. We pride ourselves at treating the whole patient—not just their teeth.

In order to make your first experience efficient and more enjoyable, we’ve included information for you to have available for Dr. Rohner. As well, you might like to download the New Patient Kit (see below) that contains the required medical history form, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) declaration and release forms, as well as other important documents.

What to bring to your first appointment

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit. If you will be late, please call us at 919-790-8082 to see if you will need to be rescheduled.

• List of all medications, vitamins and herbs and their doses that you are taking regularly (you may bring the actual bottles if you like).

• Your insurance card (if applicable)

• A list of any major oral work that you have had previously

Insurance

We handle all major insurance carriers and will file your insurance claim for you as a courtesy. We are also In Network with Delta DentalPPO and Guardian.

Payment

We expect payment for all services rendered at time of checkout. We accept cash, check, major credit cards, debit cards, major carrier insurance and offer both extended and interest-free payment plans through Capital One. Our office manager will be happy to discuss any payment options with you in confidence.

Financial Assistance

To help you plan for the expense of major dental care and cosmetic services, we offer both extended payment plans (4, 36, and 48 month plan options) and interest-free payment plans (3, 6, 12, and 18 month plan options) through Care Credit. This service is a flexible patient/client payment program, specifically designed for healthcare expenses, that makes it easier for you to get the treatment or procedures you want and need. Care Credit is ideal for treatment and procedures not covered by insurance.
